Terms of service
The service
SafeNexus (Pty) Ltd provides SafeNexus Practice to practices on a monthly or annual subscription. The plan, its price and what it includes are as published on our pricing page when you sign up.
Trial
New practices may use SafeNexus Practice free for 30 days. No payment details are needed for the trial. At the end of the trial the practice chooses a plan or the account is paused.
Payment and price changes
Subscriptions are billed in advance in rand. Prices exclude VAT unless shown otherwise. We give at least 60 days' written notice before any price change.
Cancelling
A practice may cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period already paid. Before closing the account the practice can export all of its information.
Patient information
The practice is responsible for the patient information it records and for having a lawful basis for it. SafeNexus processes that information as the practice's operator, under the operator agreement that forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to send unsolicited marketing, to message people who have not agreed to it, or in breach of the HPCSA's rules on advertising and canvassing.
