Questions about pricing
What is a message credit?
One credit sends one WhatsApp confirmation or reminder, or one SMS. A WhatsApp marketing message, such as a flu-season reminder to patients who opted in, uses four credits. Email is unlimited and uses no credits.
What happens if we run out of credits?
Reminders keep going by email, and you can buy more credits at about R0.25 each. Bought credits do not expire.
Do you take a percentage of what we bill?
No. You pay the plan price and nothing else. Many practice systems in South Africa charge 4 to 8% of turnover; we do not.
Is there a set-up fee or a contract?
No set-up fee, and you can cancel at any time. Pay annually and you get 12 months for the price of 10.
Can you import our patients from our current system?
Yes. We import patients and future appointments from a standard export or a spreadsheet for free. If the data needs a lot of cleaning, we quote for it first.
Do you submit medical aid claims?
Not yet. Claims are coming as an add-on at about R8.50 to R9.50 per claim. Until then SafeNexus works alongside your billing system or bureau.
Will the price go up?
We give you 60 days' notice in writing before any price change.
